CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Many therapists seek clinical supervision to:
Untangle complex client dynamics, exploring transference, countertransference, and unconscious patterns emerging in session.
Slow down and reflect deeply, turning emotional reactions into meaningful therapeutic insights.
Reconnect to curiosity, especially when feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by challenging cases.
Notice and understand personal relational patterns that surface during interactions with clients, deepening self-awareness.
Find grounding and perspective during emotionally charged or challenging moments in treatment.
Cultivate relational depth and creativity by exploring the subtle shifts happening beneath the surface in therapeutic relationships.
How it Works
I offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking support, reflection, and growth in their clinical work. My approach is rooted in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory, with an emphasis on curiosity, relational depth, and the ongoing development of the therapist's internal world.
Supervision is a space to slow down and explore the complexities of your work with clients—what’s happening in the room, what’s being enacted in the relationship, and how your own emotional responses might offer insight into the therapeutic process. We’ll pay close attention to unconscious dynamics, transference and countertransference, and the ways early relational patterns may be showing up in your clients—and in you.
Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced clinician looking to deepen your practice, supervision can be a grounding and generative space to reflect, grow, and stay connected to the heart of the work.
If you’re interested in working together or have questions about fit, I’d love to hear from you.
“The therapist’s most important tool is his or her own emotional experience in the presence of the patient.”
