Psychotherapy involves regular, confidential conversations with a trained therapist, typically once or twice a week. It provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for curiosity, self-exploration, and reflection, fostering greater self-understanding and meaningful psychological growth and change.

Psychoanalysis is a more intensive form of talk therapy, typically involving three to four sessions per week. It emphasizes the exploration of unconscious thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape our subjective experience, relationships, and sense of identity, fostering deeper self-understanding and lasting psychological change.

Psychedelic integration is a therapeutic process that supports the exploration and understanding of experiences that arise during or after psychedelic use. It provides a space to reflect on their emotional and psychological significance and explore how these insights might be meaningfully integrated into everyday life.

Noël Bohl-Fabian, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and psychoanalytic candidate in private practice in Manhattan. Her work is grounded in a curiosity about the complexities of being human—how our histories, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape the ways we experience ourselves and the world. Through psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and psychedelic integration, she offers a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore difficult experiences, deepen self-understanding, and discover new possibilities for meaningful change.
